The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present its 6th Annual Health Care Spotlight Awards. The event honors health care workers in the Tampa Bay area who are not in the "spotlight" on a daily basis but contribute to our society - often behind the scenes - through dedication, sacrifice and personal commitment.
In the past our presenters have included Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio and WFLA-TV healthcare reporter Irene Maher, among others. This year's presenter, soon to be announced, promises to be just as exciting.
The event provides special recognition to individuals in the following categories:

A portion of the proceeds from this event also go to provide a scholarship to a student in the healthcare industry, as well as supporting the South Tampa Chamber's Michael J. Cruz Fund, which provides support throughout the year to individuals and organizations with special needs.
